Coworking — the honest answer heads-up
Da Lat

checked
Da Lat has no real dedicated coworking space. What exists are café hybrids: One More's third floor, The Married Beans workspace on Yersin, Trang Coworking on Pham Ngoc Thach.
Worth knowing. Best measured café wifi: Nha Long Coffee 40 Mbps, Anna's and Windmills 35, One More 25–35, La Viet 20. Home fibre at 300 Mbps is 190–195k a month.
Careful. City-wide real-world internet averages around 10 Mbps and is rated unreliable. Da Lat is excellent for two to six weeks of quiet, cool-weather focus work. It is a poor long-term nomad base — Da Nang and Hoi An have the infrastructure.

Ten to twenty thousand a kilo, and most shops collect and deliver free. Giat Say Nhanh 247 at 125 Ha Huy Tap is among the cheapest.
Worth knowing. Ask for giat say — wash and tumble dry — rather than giat ui. Da Lat is damp and air-dried clothes take days and come back smelling of it.

No international chain operates in Da Lat — these are local gyms and they are cheap. A 60-minute massage runs 250–400k at a mid-range spa.

Thanh Tung Mobile does speakers, mics, buttons, screens and charge ports in 15 to 30 minutes. Hotline 0979 307 080.
Careful. Very few shops in Da Lat can do proper smartphone repair at a fair price. Board-level or water damage is best taken to Saigon.
