Hatha yoga taught in Russian in a small group — no more than ten people, so the teacher has time for everyone. Two people run it: Tatiana Lapinskiene, a psychologist and yoga teacher, and Linas Dabu, a trainer in sports programmes and yoga; both have practised for more than seven years. They describe the class as a way to slow down, feel the body and step out of the daily rush rather than as a workout.

Worth knowing. The timetable: Tuesday and Thursday at 13:00, Wednesday and Saturday at 11:00. A class runs an hour and costs 150,000₫. The group is capped at ten, so you book in advance — the Telegram link opens under the «Get contact» button. The venue address is given when you book.

Careful. The address is not published, so you cannot plan the trip in advance — ask when you book. We have not attended a class ourselves: the timetable and the price come from the teachers.
