A roastery cafe spread over several floors. Downstairs is the counter: glass tubes of beans on a wooden rack behind it, a La Marzocco espresso machine and a row of tall stools. Beyond it a room sits under a translucent roof on wooden beams, with leather benches and windows onto the lane. Above that comes a floor walled in glass, and over it an open roof with wooden benches: from there you see the tiled roofs of the town and the mountains behind them.
Beyond the ordinary coffee there is a specialty bar, where beans sorted by origin, Vietnamese and imported arabica and specialty robusta, are brewed by hand in a V60 or an Origami.
The room is furnished piece by piece: a silver relief of painted eyes above the bar, shelves along the walls with wall clocks, globes, rotary telephones and a reel-to-reel tape recorder.
Worth knowing. Open every day from 6:30 to 22:30. The view over the town opens from the top floor and the roof: from below the windows show only the lane.
Typical prices from the menu photographed on the spot on 2 September 2026, in thousands of ₫:
- espresso 50, americano 60
- cappuccino and latte 65 hot, 70 iced
- Vietnamese coffee: black 50, with condensed milk 55, egg coffee 65
- hand-brewed at the specialty bar 95, on imported beans 105–165
- cold brew 60–75, matcha and cacao 65–70
A matcha latte on plant milk costs 5 more. The full menu is in the photos below. There is food as well: the pastry here is good, though we did not write down what it costs.
Careful.
- Coffee arrives warm rather than hot: say so as you order if you want it hot.
- Hand-brewed coffee at the specialty bar is 95–165k ₫ against 50–70k for a regular cup.
- The benches on the roof have no cover, so in the rain what is left is the glassed-in floor below.
