Pham Vuong Quoc — a long-let agent, contact on Zalo
Phạm Vương Quốc
A long-let agent. Houses and flats in Da Lat barely appear on listing sites: the market runs on people, each with their own folder of addresses, and finding something decent without an intermediary is rare. It works like this: you send the district, the budget in dong and the term over Zalo, and back comes a list with photos and map pins to choose viewings from. The correspondence is in Vietnamese, but the text goes through a translator fine.
Worth knowing. The contact opens under the «Get contact» button, and the same number works for calls and Zalo; there is a Facebook page too — the «Website» link under the address. It pays to put everything in the first message: district, budget, term, how many people and your must-haves — a warm house, bike parking, a washing machine, internet. The sharper the question, the fewer pointless addresses you get shown.
Careful. We have no experience with this agent ourselves — this is a contact, not a recommendation. Agree the commission and who pays it before the viewings: in Vietnam it is taken from the landlord and from the tenant alike, and it is not always spelled out. Read the contract and the deposit terms yourself; the agent does not answer for the landlord's conditions.
