Contact is over Zalo: you send the district, the budget and the term, and the answer comes back as a list with photos and map pins. The text runs through a translator, so no Vietnamese needed.
Worth knowing. The contact opens under the «Get contact» button, and the same number works for calls and Zalo. Write the district, the budget in dong, the term and your must-haves — a warm house, bike parking, a washing machine, internet. Viewings usually cover several addresses in one run, so allow half a day.
Careful. This is a private agent, not an agency: no schedule, he answers when he is free. Agree the commission and who pays it before the viewings — it is not always obvious. Read the contract and the deposit terms yourself: the agent does not answer for the landlord's conditions.
