Handles whole houses rather than flats: all ten listings we went through were houses. A wide range, from 5m ₫ for a hundred-metre house with a basement to 30m for a four-level one.

His listings spell out what most do not: plot and floor area separately, frontage and depth, the layout floor by floor. You can read the plan before viewing.

Besides housing he lets guesthouses for business: a fourteen-room hotel on Quang Trung at 50m ₫ and a thirteen-room homestay at 33m. If you want a house to live in, say so straight away or the shortlist will fill with rental businesses.

One listing states the entry terms: two months deposit, three months paid up front. That is steeper than usual — the city norm is one month deposit and one month paid.
