A vegetarian buffet: chay in Vietnamese means meat-free — no meat, no fish, no eggs. The counter holds rice, soups, stewed and fried dishes, and you take as much as you will eat for one fixed price. Of the vegetarian buffets we have collected, this is the cheapest.
