K-Market — Korean groceries and a wine cellar

A Korean grocery on Bui Thi Xuan: whole rows of ramyeon and noodles, sauces, kimchi, snacks, frozen goods, fresh herbs and vegetables. The range is closer to a supermarket than to a shop with two shelves of Asian products, and the sign advertises goods from a hundred brands. The other half of the shop is alcohol: a separate wine cellar with lit cabinets, spirits — whisky, soju, liqueurs — and beer. They work until midnight.

Worth knowing. Open 06:00 to midnight daily — the longest hours in town, where most shops shut by nine. The entrance opens straight onto the street, the floor runs deep, and the wine and spirits stand along the far wall in their own cabinets. We did not record prices.
