A bar built on milk and the picture in the cup — the sign says it outright: by dhc latte artist. Behind the counter stand latte-art awards in the name of Dang Hung Cuong, including a judging certificate from the 2025 championship, and this is the rare case where the paper on the wall is backed by the cup: the cappuccino and the latte here are genuinely good. The building is French, with mouldings and arched windows; inside the floor is a black-and-white harlequin, bright and tight, with some tables out on the pavement. The room next door holds a long bar with a professional machine and a wall of certificates: that is where barista and latte-art training happens rather than service.

Worth knowing. They open at 7 in the morning, early by local standards, when most coffee shops are still shut. The closing time is not legible in our photos, so check. Prices from the menu photographed on 26 August 2026, in thousands of ₫:

Careful. There are few seats and on both of our visits every one was taken, with some people sitting out on the pavement. The tables are low and the chairs are folding camp ones — fine for a coffee, not for a few hours with a laptop. The room next door with the long bar is for training, not for guests.
